Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026 · Last updated: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pyraxis ("Pyraxis", "we", "us"), a digital marketing and software business based in Katy, Texas, United States, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use our agency services, our websites and our applications, including Sapphire (pyraxis-resenas.vercel.app), Ruby (ruby-pyraxis.vercel.app) and the Pyraxis LinkedIn application (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
- Account and contact information: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash).
- Business information you provide: brand details, products, prices, costs, receipts, menus, questionnaires, files and other content you upload or type into the Services.
- Information from connected platforms: when you authorize us to connect a platform (for example LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google Business Profile or delivery platforms), we access only the data that platform shares under the permissions you grant, such as page or profile name, posts, comments, reviews, followers and page analytics.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the status of your subscription and limited billing details; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information and basic usage logs, used for security (for example, limiting failed login attempts) and to keep the Services working.
- Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and attribute referrals. We do not use cookies to sell advertising.
2. LinkedIn data
Our LinkedIn application lets Pyraxis and its clients manage LinkedIn Pages they administer. With your authorization, it may read basic profile information, the Pages you administer, and Page posts, comments and statistics, and it may publish or schedule posts and replies on those Pages at your direction.
- We use LinkedIn data only to provide the page-management and reporting features you request.
- We do not sell LinkedIn data, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with data brokers.
- Access tokens are stored securely with restricted access and are used only for your account.
- You can revoke access at any time in your LinkedIn settings (Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services) or by contacting us; we then delete the related tokens and stop accessing your data.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve the Services and the work you hire us for.
- To generate content, reports, replies and recommendations, including with artificial intelligence.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions and pay referral commissions.
- To send service messages, such as sign-in links, alerts and reports, by email or WhatsApp.
- To protect the security of accounts and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Artificial intelligence
Some features send the minimum necessary content (for example a review, a receipt photo or a draft post) to AI providers such as Anthropic and Google, which process it to return a result. These providers act as our service providers and do not use API data to train their models under their commercial terms. AI output may contain errors; you remain responsible for reviewing it before publishing or relying on it.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the Services, under contract: Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and Google (AI), Resend (email), Twilio and Meta (WhatsApp messaging).
- With the platforms you connect, when we publish or reply on your behalf.
- When required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or Pyraxis.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it or anonymize it within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records (for example payment records) to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, private file storage, access controls, login-attempt limits and audit logs for sensitive actions. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to appeal our decision. To exercise these rights, email us at pyraxisai@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers mainly process data in the United States. If you use the Services from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the app.
